NEW ACCOUNTS: Unrated customers who want to open an account with Hampton
Beach Corp. must submit a Hampton Beach Corp. Application for Credit form
available online at www.hamptonbeachcorp.com. Until credit is approved, credit
card or C.B.D. orders will be accepted. C.B.D. orders paid by cash or check will
be shipped immediately. Company checks must be cleared before shipment.

MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum order is $100.00 = 3 Cases = 60 Units

TERMS: C.O.D, credit card or net 30 or 60 days to all approved accounts.
A service charge of 1.5 % per month will be added to all past due balances.
If collection procedures are necessary, all costs of collection, including attorney's
fees, will be paid by the customer upon default.

PACKING: Pricing are for standard packouts only. Each case contains 20 units.
Each Unit consists of 2 beach tables, 4 stakes, 1 plastic reusable handbag and
color insert. Please call for pricing on special packaging. Displays are packed
knocked down in UPS size cartons (whenever possible). All weights are approximate.
Call for exact weights if necessary.

SHIPPING & HANDLING: Shipments are FOB Huntington, Long Island,
New York USA – All orders that need to be drop shipped to several locations
will be charged an additional 2% handling fee. Customers purchasing 20’ container
loads (about 5,800 units) or 40’ container loads (about 12,500 units) will receive
free freight anywhere in the United States.

RETURNS: A Hampton Beach Corp. Return Authorization Form must accompany
all returns or shipment will be refused. Please call or write to our Customer
Service department for authorization. All returns (other than for faulty shipments
or products) must be sent freight prepaid within 30 days of issuance of authorization.
A 25% repacking charge will be applied.

CLAIMS: Please file for any damage during shipment directly with the freight
carrier. If there is a shortage or defect in products shipped by Hampton Beach
Corp, please make a notation on the receiving papers upon receipt of shipment
and send copies to Hampton Beach Corp. within 15 days. Failure to notify
Hampton Beach Corp. within 15 days of receipt will constitute acceptance of
shipment.

GUARANTEE: Hampton Beach Corp. guarantees that all products will perform to
the purpose from which they were designed and represented, and will be free of any
defects in materials and workmanship. Hampton Beach Corp. will issue a refund or
credit, or will replace such items as warranted.

RESALE CERTIFICATE: In compliance with sales use and tax laws, we ask that
you submit a signed resale certificate with your order. This is for your protection
as well as ours. We only sell to valid businesses and not the general public
